Simona de Silvestro's Lotus that she drove for the entire 2012 season. She was part of the pair of Lotus' that were black flagged during the Indy 500 less than 10 laps into the race. She unfortunately kept the underpowered Lotus engine for the entire season resulting in poor performances and only finishing 6 races of the 14 she started.
