This car and skin would be the closest you could get to that. There are also the 1995 Indycars from Automobilista 2's DLC, but I don't know if they have the paint schemes. I can't speak for physics either, but I've heard that they're very good to drive. If you want to run old Indycar in AC, then the VRC Formula 1999 is the best way to do it.
