VR506_Parque Viva 2.2 ai reworked, plus vao and rainfx streams - AI reworked, VAO patch, Rain FX streams

AI reworked. Added a VAO patch file, and adjusted rain fx, and added streams.

Make sure to delete any .bin or payload files in ai folder for clean install. Back up your original track folder before installing.
