VR Display corruption with AMD 5700XT and Oculus Rift S

Hi guys, I get random crash (Vr screen freeze, dark monitor, game sounds resumes like it keeps running however) while in game.
But it seems it affects other sims as well, so i guess it is either a radeon or oculus issue. The exception code is Heap error.

AMD driver 20.11.2
Anyone had the issue and solved please help here.
