Voting Results Popup - Please Set to 0% Transparency

When viewing the voting results popup, the transparency doesn't look good on the background images/text:

It's readable, but barely.

Setting the popup's transparency to 0% would be the best solution. But then again you clever guys might know of a better solution.

I guess on it's their both of these are "minor bugs", but as they seem identical maybe it gets higher priority?

Indeed.

I'm sure it's just some sort of jquery popup which uses the same stylesheet, so if it's fixed on one, both will be fixed.
