Guys, is it possible to putt both times in all the Race informations
Example: 19.00 UTC, 21 CET
And this in all parts of races
At simracing.gp you use UTC (+2) in forum of racedepartment only UTC

UTC is used for forum-based events because it is universal. It never changes regardless of the time of year, which means there is no confusion as to when the event is taking place. You can easily find out what time UTC is for your area by simply using RaceDepartment's calendar. It shows the event time in both UTC and your local timezone.

You can also add UTC as an extra clock to the Windows system tray, which is even easier.
