I have added a Polsimer button box, shown here with the Momo Mod 30 wheel. Note: only two of the longer hex bolts are included, but can be easily sourced. There was also a backplate included which I cannot find, but does not really matter once you attach to your QR mechanism, as shown with my SRC QR adapter.

I have also attached new photos of the Sportline wheel and the Momo Prototipo wheel
