PC2 Understanding the formula C wheel LCD

I've been racing the career path that takes you towards Indy Cars. I'm in the Formula C cars right now. I play in VR and generally turn off all the HUD, etc. The FC cars have an LCD readout in the center of the wheel. I can deduce some of it, but not all. Is there an explanation somewhere?

For instance, my engineer a few times has told me I need to watch my revs because my engine is hot. Is there someplace on the LCD that shows temps? I think I know the answer, but I'm not sure, really.

Also, how hot is too hot before the engine fails? I've been running 10 lap sprints in career and so far nothing has failed. I usually do back off when he asks.
