Unable to create a thread in the RD Xbox League Forum

I went to my Xbox League Forums to post the signup thread for this weekends race but the option to create a threads is no longer there and the message at the bottom of the page says 'You have insufficient privileges to post here'.

Any idea why that is?

If this could be fixed ASAP please as we need to get the signup thread posted. Thanks.
