Yes it is a little brighter then it needs to be.
Or may be you can just darken the colour of grass a bit.

Tried it, everything is glowing and looks like radioactiv...I'm sorry, but I don't like it. I will stay with the tracks made by Reddvers and the sweetFx Mod for the lightning. In my opinion the most realistic image you can get in this game...
