This Thursday we are over in Argentia at a track probably more familiar to those who like their racing with less wheels, Termas de Río Hondo. After the testing last week, it was very close between the GTO Ginetta and the Ultima, but the slightly chunkier GT3s could still hold their own.

In, please
I'm trying to think of anything that might catch you out in this one.

There used to be a tyre change 'feature' when you selected 'recommended' it would not change them when you came into the pits unless they were worn down to a really low level. There should be an option to 'change all' that causes it to always change when you come in that you want to make sure is selected if you have it as part of your strategy.

I don't have any setup advice for the GT3 and tend to just run default and then drop the TC/ABS to suit.

I personally prefer racing the Ultima. It's big bundle of fun if you can handle the lack of aids. I have reduced the number of clutches in the diff to 2 though and that seems to make the rear less likely to snap.

anyone fancy some GT3 vs GTO action tomorrow night? The Ultima is a lively beast and a joy to drive, but if you are short on time to familiarise yourself with it, there is always the fallback of the GT3s as they should be fairly comparable on this track

Nahh a bit too late for me :) Maybe another time :)

I just noticed I forgot to update the fuel usage on the first page. Please note that it's now X2, but the tyre wear is still X1. From the quick bit of testing I did, this should hopefully mean everyone needs to pit at least once for fuel, but it's possible to make it to the end on one set of tyres if you are not too aggressive
