Selling my 10.1" Samsung WiFi Galaxy Tab 4 16GB sim dash tablet and home-made (stop sniggering at the back!) mounting bracket, which hasn't been used since I moved to VR a few years ago.
The tablet was only ever used as a sim dash display and is immaculate, and still has the protective film over the camera lens. There are two small 'rainbow' patches on the screen that are only visible from acute angles and not visible at all from normal viewing angles or when the tablet is in use. I tried to photograph these but it was tricky. The tablet works perfectly and has been factory reset. It comes with a 1m USB cable for charging. Data comms with your PC is over WiFi.
The bracket was originally intended as a proof-of-concept to sort out geometry prior to getting a proper one made (commercial ones I'd tried just weren't solid enough when operating the screen, there would always be annoying movement), but in the end it worked so well and was absolutely rock-solid, and it didn't matter that it looked like junkyard salvage as it's hidden from view. It's forged from a laminate floorboard offcut, a bent aluminium bracket, and industrial velcro stuck directly to the rear of the tablet. It does NOT move at all when bolted to my SimLab P1. There's a bit of fore/aft adjustement on the fixing bolts, and up/down adjustment is infinite within the 8020 vertical channel. You'll need to supply your own fixings to bolt it to your rig.
How does £45 plus delivery sound? UK only please.
