yes its a software that will enhance some effects to make your game look good. install the reshade for assetto and in game, press home to bring out the reshade menu, and load my reshade settings. Yes, you can adjust the headlight intensity by going to the Lights tab in ppconfig, scroll down and adjust the csp lights section.
