Welcome to the RD Racing Club. Newbies and Pros alike!

Choose TWO of these three cars:
  • Maserati 250F 6 cylinder
  • Alfa Romeo GTA
  • Abarth 500 EsseEsse
All of them are on pace with each other according to hundreds of hotlappers, but with totally different characteristics. (The Maserati is an especially wild beast to tame!)
Here are the times of all those hotlappers:

Still only four people in the event... Looks like our members aren't really interested in events that are a bit out of the ordinary.

I'm certain that this evening can be a BLAST! Two short races in two different cars is something FRESH! UNUSUAL! NEW!

So whoever reads this, consider signing up and we'll all can have a lot of fun on this original track!

I'm on holiday for a few weeks so can't join but I suspect people are put off by the amount of practice needed to be competitive in two old cars for just a 20mins race.

I put in a lot of practice for last week's fatalfie race and thought it was worth it because the car was fairly easy to drive, it was a great track and an hour long race. I'd not be so keen to do the same for this combo

Just my 10 cent. I'd be interested to hear what's putting others off signing up...

Yeah, I wouldn't expect people to practice a lot as well - This should just be a friendly nice experience without too much preparation. Maybe it's because I'm not the most competitive driver (and I'm certainly a slow one) - but I pull my joy out of our races by just hopping in and having a good time with the people here. After all, the Racing Club is defined as "daily casual club races for various PC racing simulators"...

I don't get much fun out of being uncompetitive so I do like a bit of practice. I still manage to be near the back most times - so image how far back I'd be with nearly zero practice!

If we can get a few other like-minded people, then I'm really looking forward to it! Thanks Ernie! I hope we can do this little event today!

yes, the second starts later, and I'll start the quali session of the second event as soon as everyone's in the lobby, so the whole thing doesn't take all night.
