MGP14 Tutorial to edit helmets/bike?

Hi,
i don't know if it is the right section, anyway how can i find some tutorial?
I tried to mod with photoshop, but it is hard to apply correctly the splitted images between both side of helmet.
Ok, i think my english is soooo poor
