Is this road available as a mod race track under another name?

unlikely, i'da thought... esp since it's 90km long.... would make a lovely rbr tarmac rally tho :D

Perhaps Targa Florio can be converted to an ISI engine in a few months if all is allowed - GPL version is out 2 months now I believe -
(difficult to make an attempt on the conversion (date) as this would take me through dozens of threads on a dozen sites)

Last year I drove over the Stelvio pass in North Italy (former best road of the world :) ) 48 hairpins giving tons of driving fun until you end up behind that lorry (and there is no way to overtake it with 'only' 115 diesel-horses under the bonnet) so you can crawl all the way up.
Would also be a nice piece of road to try in Sim-mode. (rF bus-mod :D)

:O!!! What a gorgeous Road! I experienced a nice road fun like this at the game called "Mafia". in free ride. There was a way climbing up to the rich's quarter. That was lovely

What about Alpe D' Huez? Or whatever its called. on Top Gear they called it endless spaghetti coiled on an Alp. Can anyone make this but shorter for racing sims like Race On or... GTR2 or like that please? :D Dont mind if youre too lazy to.. I cant buy BTB......

And it would be awesome because.. well... I drive the M3 round this track called Col de Joux and its quite good.... if you dont fall off the cliff.... And it would be cool to have one where you fall is driveable.

I have an idea for a nice race-track, and i wanna show you...

Start your google earth!

Left top at "Fly To" insert: "Wassen, Suisse" ...and go.

Your google earth flies you now to the View down to this town in the swiss alps.

You see the E35 / A2 swiss highway and the north-west leaving N11 nationalstreet.
In the "city" of Wassen starts the race.

Follow N11, till N11 / N6.
Turn left, follow N6 till N6 / N19
Turn left, follow N19 till N19 / N2
Turn left, follow N2 till N2 / N11
Turn left, follow N11 till Wassen for finish

Zoom in and follow the track...
Have fun. :D

Here is the "screenshot". The track is recorded in 3 parts, and i changed them from *.avi to the smaller *.mpg, because the upload with my internetconnection would last rd. 20 hours (avi), each part. In mpg it lasts only rd. 4 hours, each part. So please excuse the quality. The start is a bit confusing, but after a few seconds, you get it.

Watch it in full-screen!
(...and don't use any drugs before watching! It'll make you dizzy.):D

Thank you Honk! I fell in love with this track. Now we just need a BTB specialist to create this Track :). A 1 lap race can be made here. Otherwise Drivers may die cuz of starvation :D

Sorry, didnt mean to double post! But yes! definitely 1 lap hahaa.. How long is this stretch?

... How long is this stretch?

2,7 km.

btw.: if you want a really long stretch, drive ~2,5 km later at the crossing N19 / N2 to the right. Follow the N2 to Airolo. Enter the Highway 2, direction Goeschenen and you have the Gotthard-Tunnel, 17 km straight with 2 or 3 soft corners.
Reaching Goeschenen, you leave the highway, go back to N2, and after a few kilometers you reach Wassen.

80 km/h allowed.
