Track brightness

How can I reduce the brightness of a track ?
Specifically the road surface or the sand escape routes or walls are so bright that it seems they reflect the light like a mirror.
This problem is related to old tracks or tracks converted from GSC.
I don't want to use an edited program for all the tracks, but I search how to modify AIW,GDB,SCN,TDF specific track files.
