Toyota Sera GT (Widebody version) Templates PSD 2D + 3D - Includes AO + wireframe and 3D layer to work on PS

Includes Sera_3D.psd with the 3D layer for the paintable areas, and SkinGT.psd with AO + wireframe and a mask for the widebody kit.

Hi guys, could someone point me to a good tutorial on how to use the 3D template?
I think I got the painting part worked out but saving and exporting is another matter. I have no idea what I'm doing. Gotta learn. Thanks.
