Only the TLC Base Car mod needed + PaceCar Fix. (extra skins not necessary and not installed on the server)

Tracks are all ingame tracks and setups are open (limited options on these cars anyway )

Same problem server doesnt recognise vehicle,i have skinpack as well,god knows which cars were in base pack :dont-know:
