GT5 Top Gear Test Track

Will be a silly question to many i know, but where is it in the game, i can't find it anywhere?

I assume its in the "special events" section on GT Mode, there is a Top Gear option there. if you cant race it straight away , then you must have to unlock it by completing license's and race's etc

the beginner part of it unlocks at level 4 if you get gold you can then use it on arcade mode and practice
