Thrustmaster Ferrari GT Experience pedal problem

Hi I'm having an issue with my pedals.
The brake pedal works perfectly but the gas dedal is stuck at 50% (shown in the video below). Then when I press the pedal down it suddenly goes to 100%.

I'm using the 2017 drivers from the official thrustmaster website.
The problem is only on the Windows 10 64 bit. On Windows 7 32 bit it works perfectly.

Hi,

Have you already tried to re-install drivers? I had problems with this, but re-install and restart after installing drivers fixed it. Then in settings, if it is at 50% throttle, I press throttle and it goes to 100%, and when I release throttle it goes to 0%.
Although, I haven't used this wheel since last year (2017), but it worked on Win10 64bit for sure.

Have you tried unplugging the pedals at the USB? I have to do this every time before I boot a sim
