Love the podcast. My only criticism is the constant interruptions from Paul. I understand that the host has to move the flow of the conversation along to an extent but he just talks over the other team members. Sounds like he is just waiting for his turn to speak.

Please don't take it as anything other than a constructive criticism. Genuinely a big fan of the podcast. ReRead my last post and it did come across a bit abrupt.
