TEXT FLAGS - New version of flags

New version of flags, i use this because its very similar like other sim racing games

-White flag
-Yellow flag and VSC (use Nuzzi Yellow Flag App and set the yellow flag duration)
-Blue flag
-Black flag
-Penalty
-Finish
