Extract into your Unitedstates (Circuit of the Americas v.1.1_acu) folder, overwrite skins folder if asked
OR
make a new "Default" folder in Skins folder and extract individual .dds files into there.

I placed your files in the CM_skins folder for the track, selected them, and they look great.

Now we need lights for acu_unitedstates track. I'm looking in to how to do that via the extensions ini file, but maybe you might know something about doing it?
