Templates for WTCC

Hey, are there templates for the WTCC 2009 mod, or the WTCC 2014 mod? Since our league has some people who would like to paint their own livery on the cars.

Specifically looking for .psd template files, like below

I have various touring car mods from that period, none of them have a Chrysler Neon. are you sure it's wtcc 2009?

This is some ones or some leagues private mod.
Some cars are from Race 07, I don't recognise where the other cars are from. The default race 07 templates are still available online.
