Telemetry Tool question

I installed your telemetry tool and it works perfectly from Xbox to PC (same house, same internet). What if I wanted to send datas from a PC to another which is not in the same house? I read stuffs about UDP redirect but I didn't understand at all. The drivers need to download the telemetry tool, send himself the datas through F1 2021 and then he must send the datas to another IP through the UDP Redirect panel? Still in the telemetry tool app? I tried this but it didn't work, I both tried the PC IP and the Public IP but idk why it doesn't send me data. Clearly the datas are sent to from his PC to hisown PC with the 127 etc... IP.

Does someone know why?
