You need to install the Semi Modular Mods app, (I have already given the link above), once installed, drag & drop into my mod into your F1 23 game directory

I don't understand one thing about this game. When I set up the car for Qualifying everything is fine. When the race starts, the car is like on ice. Why?

I haven't altered any of the actual car physics, this is just a car design modded onto the FOM chassis, I really can't help you
