There are several ai_hints.ini files to download here for different tracks, and you should try to add such an ai_hints.ini file to this track. That's where you can tell it to drive more cautiously at certain places on the track like the approach to that hairpin for example (location on the AI line is used):

Just finished editing the Ai files
Fast Lane
Pit Lane
Left and Right Lane CSV
Speed for hairpin and T1 and T2
Hints files included

60 laps completed and only 1 retirement from hitting hairpin wall. Will try to improve speed to hairpin if possible. Also will try to move the Side Left CSV after hairpin to stop Ai running near grass.

Seems like they drift out to the left and smashes against the steel barrier.
You might want to add some code to the hints.ini or if possible, change the ai fast lane.

find start and end where this tends to happen and change 0.0's.
