Does anyone remember the very short-lived North American Touring Car Championship that ran in 1996 and 1997? As it was run as a support-race for CART in the whole of 1997, they never visited Watkins Glen, even though that might've been a very interesting track for the championship. Some noteable names to participate in the series was Rod Millen, Jeff Andretti, David Donohue and possibly most random, Neil Crompton leaving V8 Supercars to do one year of Super Touring in the US before returning to Australia and V8's!

Also. Due to the high speed nature of the track, especially with no boot and no chicane, I've removed the Sierra from this event. (Sorry @Steve Le Gallez )
