Steering FFB problem after latest update to v1132

What the hell just happened to rFactor2? It's gone from being the best handling sim with best FFB, to a pile of steaming dogsh*t. FFB does not reflect the grip in the car any more basically rendering the game unplayable. I completely formatted my PC, reinstalled everything and the problem is still there. I also tried the previous version but it makes no difference. This needs fixing quick.
