Steam thinks AMS is still running after quit / Config always crashes

SOLVED: Logitech traybar app causing problems. Exit it and Steam recognizes the game has stopped.

Steam thinks AMS is still running after quit / Config always crashes

Is Steam's funky VR tool being started along with the game?

Thanks for the reply. Actually it was the Logitech traybar app I had installed from way back when I had a G27. When I exit that app Steam recognizes the game has exited.
