Where or how, do I get in contact with Steam?. I'm probably missing something so simple. Or, maybe someone with a clue could help. Anyone receiving this?. Its happening nearly every time I start Steam. If, by some weirdness, I get in without this greeting. It comes up, stopping anything Steam is doing. Nothing works, till I install and Steam restarts then continues whatever it wanted to do. TIA gents.
