MGP17 Steam client must be running error

Hi, anyone know how to fix this problem? If I launch the game from Steam it's all ok, but if I use the launcherMotoGP17X64.exe it show this:

Already done it but same error (as you can see from the picture I've bought the game)

I've been having this problem recently, try restarting steam, it's the only thing I've found to help

This also doens't work. Thi is a problem of MotoGP17 only, all other games works correctly when I use the .exe
