SRPL Shader Pack for Modders?

I can't find it.I'm not interested in shaders,I'm interested in modders pack(MaterialTool2)+Manual.
Tried all over I can't find,only old links to site of developer.:(
I think 0.92 it's the latest version.
Thanks.
