Revisited the very old racetrack from gtr2 converted by Tiago Lima

- Added balloons

Nice updates! Did you consider making this as a separate layout? That way the original track can be preserved for online use without checksum errors. It's often nice comparing old and new versions too. I'll be doing this myself for heli/balloon mods from now on (now I know how to do it, lol).
