I downloaded it and did the winzip as normal, but it gave me dds files instead, so do I have to do something different to install this mod?

No since you have to install the dds files yourself. It just changes the paint.

Hello, loving the mod but there's one little issue with it. The tip of the car's nose is pink instead of full white like in the picture and it also appears to have a random blue line only on the other side of the nose. I guess that the nose is supposed to be completely white? Could you look into this? Thank you!

It's probably the updated chassis so the UV map is different. Haven't had any motivation to do modding so we'll see if I fix it
