Sparco co-driver bag, any good?

I wonder if anyone here ows this bag by Sparco. I have recently purchased their K-Pole shoes and they Arrow K gloves. Taking a look at their catalogue I found this bag for co-drivers. I am not a co-driver, but I always have to carry a man's handbag for my job where I keep things such as my agenda, cell phone, wallet, keys, sunglasses, some basic tools, etc. The one I have (a random bag in synthetic leather) now is really worn out. The size of this model by Sparco looks good for my needs. Do you think it will endure an everyday use?
