Sound App Questions

I have an app question in assetto corsa. Sound mod apps used to work well, but sound mod apps that used to work well don't work at all. ("Ex. AE86 Speed Chime, RX-7 Rev Beeper") can activate and turn on and off apps in Content Manager and in-game, but it doesn't work So I reinstalled the game, reset the PC, checked integrity, updated the driver, but it doesn't work as it is. Is there a workaround?
