This local small town politician was trying to earn the nomination for the Republican seat for his county's treasurer; unfornately, he lost badly, but became very famous in an instant. This is a viral video, and many of you may already seen this video, but I, along with many others, just wanted to let people around the world about this crazy, angry, and mentally disturbed man.

His name is Phil Davison. I will post two videos. One will be the full speech and the other will be TheYoungTurks version, which is nearly as funny as the original because of the host's laughter and his commentary.

-Phil gesturing and counting with his hands
-Phil walking back and forth to his notes because he couldn't remember his speech
