Sol and Pure horizontal lines on clouds

Does anyone know what would cause the sky to have these horizontal lines?
I just tried with SOL and Pure and I guess I've never noticed before but I have the same horizontal lines all across the sky/clouds with both SOL and Pure. I tried different PP filters but still same issue. Clouds look smooth when moving but when slow rolling or parked the lines are visible. I'm sure it's a setting in CSP just not sure what it is. Any help is appreciated.

That looks like a performance optimization in you graphic driver settings.

I've reset my Nvidia driver settings to default and still get the same horizontal lines/ripples across the clouds. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the graphics driver but still the same issue.

I was able to finally fix the issue. Just posting here in case someone else has it in the future. I had the "Sharpen temporal data" set to 50% in Extra FX ==> Temporal anti-aliasing. So I set it back to the default value of 30% and the lines disappeared.
