Slow Corner Fix + Stable AI (W.I.P)
I've been messing around with track files and ai grip levels and hope to come up with something useful.

By increasing the ai grip levels there comes a point where they use the prescribed
limits of braking points and corner speeds in the track files. So, I need to balance the
grip to go with the 'slow' corners fixes so that the ai don't spin off in these corners.
Hopefully they will be more competitive under braking.
However you can't just keep adding grip as they will start running
on rails and the tyre wear and fuel load effects will disappear.
This year most corners are fine but there still a couple that is annoyingly slow.
I'll compile a list I'm working on.
