Simracing learning book or other resources... Any suggestion?

I cannot recommend a sim racing specific book.

I would look for racecar driving books to really know how to approach corners and combos thereof, braking, shifting, etc. Bob Bondurant On High Performance Driving; Carrol Smith Drive to Win; and Henry A WattsSecrets of Solo Driving are on my bookshelf (not that I have ever studied them!)

Somewhere I have some photocopies of a 1950s book written by none other than Juan Manual Fangio with excellent diagrams and othe tips which are fundamental to smooth, fast driving.

There is "The Sim Racers Performance Guide" by David O'Reilly ( try emailing him ).
It was originally based on rFactor2 but the principles are equally valid for other sims of course.
Driver61 has several video tutorials.
