Paulo Mendonça submitted a new resource:

SimHub Weather Overlays - SimHub overlays to render wind and rain density information from telemetry.

Three overlays are available:

1. Global wind direction and speed indicator;
2. Relative (to car) wind direction and speed indicator;
3. Rain density indicator;

These only work with AMS2 as they're based on data available in the game's shared data.

Paulo Mendonça updated SimHub Weather Overlays with a new update entry:

Fixed formula, added clock overlay

Fixed a mistake with the relative wind rotation formula. Added a simple system clock overlay I did for myself. I'm now testing weather transitions and their effect on the rain density value. Will update the overlay if needed.

Definitive fix for the formulas.

I did a bunch of tests and found inconsistencies with the formulas so I fixed them (for good this time). I tested the weather transitions and found I'm happy with the rain density overlay as it was so no changes there. Sorry for the mess.
