Attack on Pearl Harbor
SimBin Game ´n Gear AB, the distribution arm of the SimBin Group, proudly announces Attack on Pearl Harbor, an aerial combat game that will soon be added to the list of products the company already distributes in the Nordic region.

Attack on Pearl Harbor is published and produced by Sweden-based Legendo Entertainment and set for release in Q2 2007. The game offers an adrenaline-fueled perspective on the Pacific air war during WWII and features four non-linear campaigns that pits the most lethal WWII aircraft against each other, including the legendary Japanese A6M1 Zero and the US F4U Corsair.

Players will relive the action-filled dogfights of the Pacific Theater of WWII as both Japanese and American pilots. Featuring arcade-styled gameplay, an accessible interface and extensive tutorials, players will be able to quickly jump into their aircraft of choice and take part in a variety of legendary battles such as Midway, Iwo Jima, Doolittle Raid and the Liberation of Manila.

Escort B52 bombers en route to Tokyo or protect ground forces while engaging in air-to-air dogfight missions involving torpedo-bombers sinking US and Japanese carriers and battleships. Richly detailed graphics coupled with an assortment of moody weather effects and graphic-novel inspired cut-scenes round out the experience.

Features:

- Intuitive Controls – Pick up and play the game via a simple, straightforward control scheme that'll have anyone flying in seconds.

- Play as either Nation – The non-linear campaign mode offers players the chance to take on the role of dashing Douglas Knox of the USAAF or fighter pilot Zenji Yamada of the Imperial Japanese Navy Air Service.

- Multiplayer Dogfight Action –Fight it out via the Internet or LAN, fly solo or team up in squadrons as either nation.

- Riveting Action – Take off from the deck of an aircraft carrier in the most prolific fighters, bombers and torpedo-bearing aircraft of the WWII Pacific Theatre!

- Historical Locations – Fight the selfsame battles that determined the outcome of the war including Doolittle Raid, Pearl Harbor, The Battle of Midway and Iwo Jima!

It is good that Simbin explores multiple genres actually... This way they get more expierenced with programming different items etc.

Although it is never good to see a wonderful developer of racing games developing other things...
