Silverstone 2018 tracksplit; ARID edition - Silverstone has lost the green in 2018, so do we in F1 2014

Hi to all,
Silverstone lost the green in 2018, and so do we.

This mod change the tracksplit of Silverstone, to make it more similar to the 2018 edition.
- new tarmac (way darker)
- new runoff (the grass is replaced by the realistic "arid" version of the 2018, as you can see in pictures)
- new kerbs (black and white)
