Misc Shanghai Update 1.0

Reddvers submitted a new resource:

Shanghai Update - New Pirelli Podium and custom flags, Chinese style.

Done a little work on Shanghai adding a new Pirelli Podium along with some custom made flags to better represent the circuit is in China. Maybe CM are banned from using that flag ? Hope they are OK.
