sfx 100 questions.

hi you all,
i am looking into buying a sfx-100 and I have 2 questions.
my first one is a more common one: is it worth the money?
and my second one being: is it only mountable on the simlab gt1?

The SFX system is the best value out there with other systems of comparable or better capability costing a lot more.

So I think for anyone who has tried a number of systems, its certainly worth the money.

The hard part is asking if motion is worth the cost to you? If you want motion then IMO if SFX is in your budget and other systems are not then its a great buy assuming you are not paying over the top for a completed one.

To answer the second question:

No. While the SFX-100 motion system is most easily mounted to aluminum profile rigs such as the tried and true SimLab GT-1, people have mounted them on other rig chassis. Many manufacturers and DIY plans approximate the GT-1 and shares basic dimensions and profile thicknesses.
