I've been holding off selling this but after moving house I no longer have a suitable spot for a motion sim rig. I built these in 2021 and they have been faultless in operation (around 150hrs use).
I went above and beyond to procure the best of components from UK and German suppliers for all the load bearing components, printed the housings in high density PETG (after probably strength testing upwards of 15 test prints!) I'm a chartered engineer by trade so was very particular about the whole thing.
I can't actually say out loud how much I spent getting this together and I'm gutted to be selling but it's either that or they just sit and rot away in my garage.
I found the best software to run the motion rig was SRS - so the purchaser would only need a licensed copy of that and you can get up and running very quickly. The Thanos controller is set up for full 110mm operation and has had firmware update (It is the 7 actuator version but mono screen).
Also included is a traffic light controller for the motion platform with emergency kill switch.

In terms of noise then my main issue was a creaky rig rather than the actuators as you can hear from the video.
