Yes it is if you give the person you sell the item to the invoice he can create a new Fanatec customer account and with the invoice manually register the product.

I have it. It will be 1080 dollars shipped to you. It has never been used. You will get a copy of the original invoice. Payment to my gmail account. Signature will be required on receipt and the shipment will be insured.
