Simply, Im playing multiplayer, I have stable 70 - 100 FPS no dropping or something. I joined a server and started playing, There was a qualification (4 opponents in game) I put my car on track and went qualifying. I was running good and then my screen was frozen for like 2 seconds... I thought its just random event so I kept playing. and again for like 2 second, than it got works 5 seconds, so avarage is like 1 - 8 seconds, In race it was ok, nothing happening,
Its not lag, because when you get a lag you keep going like nothing happen only cars in front of you dissapear.
my pc: i3 5010u, 930M nvidia 2GB, win 10 64bit, 8 GB Ram.
